Students of the National Institute of Intelligence and Security took the Oath of Allegiance to Motherland

Today, September 8, a group of young officers started their professional careers in the Security and Intelligence Service by taking the Oath of Allegiance to Motherland, in front of the monument dedicated to heroes of the state security bodies. The event was attended by Alexandru Musteața, Director of the Security and Intelligence Service, the command staff of the SIS, as well as faculty members of the National Institute of Intelligence and Security "Bogdan, Întemeietorul Moldovei".

 

During the ceremony, the SIS Director congratulated the officers and urged them to give the highest priority to personal and professional integrity in their work and to practice the security principles up to the level of reflexes.

 

Also, Alexandru Musteața thanked the teaching staff of the National Institute of Intelligence and Security "Bogdan, Întemeietorul Moldovei" (INIS) and congratulated them on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Institute, mentioning the progress made in adapting to the requirements of intelligence officer training process, academic initiatives and civil society cooperation.

 

Officers, who today took the Oath of Allegiance to the Motherland, will attend a professional training course, where they will acquire a wide set of skills, knowledge and values necessary for an officer of the Security and Intelligence Service.
